Crew Calendar Privacy Policy

Crew Calendar is operated by Twenty Over All LLC. This policy explains how Crew Calendar handles information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

Crew Calendar may collect account information such as an email address if you choose email sign-in. The app also stores user-created calendar content such as crew names, invite codes, members, birthdays, availability blocks, vacations, and shared planning items.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide shared calendar, crew invite, availability, and sync features.

Cloud Services

Crew Calendar uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to authenticate users and sync shared calendar data across devices.

Sharing

Your crew calendar information is shared with members who join your crew using an invite code. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, but we use standard cloud security practices through Firebase.

Data Deletion

Before public release, Crew Calendar will include a clearer data deletion process. For beta testing, contact us to request deletion of test data.
